This book inspired me to join the Air Force and become a USAF pilot.  Capt. Keith Rosenkranz has written a best seller about his experiences as a USAF F-16 fighter pilot during Operation Desert Storm.  His firsthand account gives you a driver's seat view in an F-16 and what it was like to be the tip of the sword in the Gulf War.  This book is very inspirational and will give you a whole new outlook on the command decisions that rewrote the book on modern warfare doctrine by the employment of air power.

Highly recommended reading.
Dougherty Press.  Located in Enid, OK, home of Vance AFB, this is the premiere place to get UPT gouge and the real T-37 Dash-1 (the airplane's instruction manual).   The DASH-1 compliments this simulator really well, and with it, you can learn to fly the plane.  Study hard!
