| How do I backup my purchased software to a CD? |
Using the CD Writer program of your choice, simply be sure
to keep archive copies of these two files:
|
| How do I install the T-37 on non-Internet enabled computer? |
| Please refer to the instructions in the Instruction Manual. |
| How do I run the T-37 on FS2002 and FS2004 on the same computer? |
| Please launch the configuration manager from the T-37 program group under the Start Menu. |
| I need to re-install the software because I formatted my hard drive. How do I re-install without having to pay for the program again? |
| First, find your .KEY file and the T-37B Installer.exe
file. You should have backed it up onto a CD (or something) as
described above.
If you didn't, you can email
support@t37sim.com and ask for your KEY file again. Please provide
your complete name. You will be emailed your key shortly thereafter.
Then, you can re-download the program off this website. Launch the installer the same as before, except this time choose the "Re-Install" option. It will ask you for your KEY file. You will also need to verify your credentials by supplying the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase the software (you will not be re-billed). From then on, the installation will proceed normally. |
